Full event management
Sharratts celebrated their 15th anniversary with 150 people from the affordable housing industry at Searcy’s St Pancras Grand. Decoco provided a full event management service to Sharratts for this event covering both pre-event (such as initial venue research & selection, cost management, venue coordination, invitation design and more) through to on-the-night event management services.

Memorable evening at Searcy's St Pancras Grand
Sharratts is a boutique firm of senior housing solicitors providing a professional, affordable service specifically for social housing providers and their partners. Richard Locke commissioned Decoco so that he and colleagues could host an event to celebrate his establishment of Sharratts 15 years ago with Gillian Metcalf. Colleagues from across the affordable housing industry attended this memorable evening held at Searcy’s St Pancras Grand. Guests discovered a stunning restaurant in the regenerated St Pancras International Station. The restaurant, Searcy’s St Pancras Grand, was created by respected designer Martin Brudnizki and is situated opposite the Searcys Champagne Bar on the Grand Terrace. The venue, including an elegant oyster bar, is the perfect space for a stylish and intimate reception. Guests enjoyed a variety of seafood and champagne served from the oyster bar, which gives a fantastic view across the entire venue, along with canapés, reception drinks and music by a four-piece jazz band & vocalist.

Decoco Limited worked in partnership with an Event Management Partner of this event. Guy Woodward (Director, Decoco) has worked closely with their Director on many events including receptions at Lendenhall Market and Fortnum & Mason and central London staff incentive days. Specialising in technical production, design, management & logistics, their services complement the marketing and event services offered by Decoco.
